We have recently seen incredible increases in tuition at Ohio's state universities--20 to 30 percent, and more. In an economy where high-paying blue-collar jobs are drying up fast, the only hope to get a good paying job for most Ohioans is to get a college education. What a joke that has become. Many either can't afford it or end up in debt for years just to get the basic education they need.
