11.1 For winning Official MEGA MILLIONS Tickets for which no claim or redemption is made within the specified claim period for each respective Party Lottery, the corresponding prize monies shall be returned to the other Party Lotteries in accordance with procedures for the reconciliation of prize liability as stated in the Finance and Operations Procedures for MEGA MILLIONS as agreed to by the Directors of the Party Lotteries.
The provisions of this rule shall remain in force and effect and be binding upon the Party Lotteries without regard to whether the MEGA MILLIONS game remains in existence at the time a Party Lottery seeks reimbursement pursuant to this rule.
