NEW YORK -- The Mega Millions jackpot is on the move again. Although there were 426,995 winning tickets in the November 2 drawing, no one claimed the top prize. The estimated jackpot for November 5 is $77 million.

Three Mega Millions tickets won $175,000 for matching the first five numbers and only missing the Mega Ball number. Those tickets were sold in Illinois, New Jersey and New York. In addition, 23 tickets won $5,000 each for matching four numbers plus the Mega Ball.

Mega Millions players won a total of $2,475,947 in Tuesday's drawing.

The Powerball jackpot also is growing. Although 349,729 players won a total of more than $2.6 million in prizes in the November 3 drawing, the top prize remained elusive. The estimated jackpot for the November 6 drawing is $44 million.

Three players correctly matched the five white numbers in the last drawing to win $100,000. Those tickets were sold in Arizona, Missouri and West Virginia. In addition, 17 players matched four white numbers plus the Powerball to win $5,000. Two additional players at this prize level also purchased the Power Play and multiplied their $5,000 winnings by four to take home $20,000.

The Lottery Directors of the original member states of Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan and Virginia created The Big Game in 1996. Sales for the game began in the previously mentioned states on August 31, 1996. The first draw took place on September 6, 1996.
