Forty-year-old Elecia Battle of Cleveland told police she dropped her purse as she left the Quick Shop Food Mart last week after buying the ticket for the largest jackpot in state history.

She said the contents of her purse -- including the lottery ticket -- spilled out. She thought she picked up everything but realized after the December 30th drawing that the ticket was missing.
