By accepting any prize offered herein, winners agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, biographical information (city and state), picture, portrait, voice, quotes, comments, image, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation or consideration in any and all media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world, unless prohibited by law.

Identity of Participant
In the event of a dispute regarding who actually entered the Promotion, the Participant will be the authorized account holder of the e-mail account listed in the Registered User ID account. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigned e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address.
