If any of the "Mega Millions" entries should be drawn as the winning numbers for a prize over $5000 in any of the Drawings, each entrant in the Promotion will receive an equal share of the jackpot awarded to the winning "Mega Millions" ticket within the Promotion pool, if any, less a 10% administrative fee to be retained by Sponsor and any applicable taxes. The amount of such share will depend upon the total number of entries in the Promotion Pool. For example, if there were 2,000 entries, each entrant would receive 1/2000 of the jackpot winnings, if any, less the 10% administrative fee and any applicable taxes. The administrative fee amount will be deducted from the gross jackpot amount, before taxes. Entries for the Drawing, which will be on each Tuesday and Friday during the promotional period, must be received before 7:00pm Pacific Time on the day of the drawing. If any of the "Mega Millions" entries should be drawn as the winning numbers for a prize equal to or under $5000.00, all such winnings will be kept by Sponsor, and will not be distributed to entrants Sponsor shall pay winners their respective winnings ninety (90) days after Sponsor receives monies from Mega Millions. Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether winnings shall be received from Mega Millions as a lump sum, or annually until payment is completed, and distribute winnings to winners as such. The Promotion is open only to Sponsor's Registered Users in good standing who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside. |
