Q: What is a Group Buying Agreement?
A: A Group Buying Agreement (GBA) may be required when a group claims a
prize.
The GBA should include: the groups trustee, the type of game, the draw
date and ticket numbers, as well as each member's name, address, telephone
number, share and signature. It does not have to be completed before a
notary of the public or any other legal representative.
Should your group win, the appointed trustee can claim the prize for
the group by presenting the winning ticket, two pieces of identification
and the completed Group Buying Agreement. The ticket must bear the
signature, full name, address and telephone number(s) of the trustee.
Q: What is a Selection?
A: A Selection is one line of numbers.
